About Ayla Rodriguez
About Me
Ayla Rodriguez is a choreographer and dancer currently pursuing a BFA in Dance at The Juilliard School. Her choreography focuses on creating movement that encourages conversation and reflection. Alongside her artistic training, she has volunteered teaching bilingual dance classes for Spanish-speaking students and worked to make dance education more accessible within her community. Recently, she has assisted and worked alongside major dance conventions including Press Play, NUVO Dance Convention, JUMP Dance Convention, and 24 Seven Dance Convention. Ayla is also a YoungArts winner in Modern/Contemporary Dance and has performed in national gala performances through New York City Dance Alliance and The Dance Awards.

Volunteer Work
Ayla Rodriguez has remained involved in community outreach through dance education and volunteer work. She has volunteered teaching bilingual dance classes for Spanish-speaking students, helping create spaces where young dancers feel represented, supported, and encouraged to grow artistically without language barriers.
